Success at the AAEP Conference and Beyond!

We had an incredibly productive three-day event at the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) Conference held in Orlando, Florida this December 2024.
We showcased our new Clearikon Equine TherapyTM and ClearikonFLEXTM product lines and introduced our new Clearikon Equine Therapy Startup Kit for vets to experience State of the Art Wound Care without removing the bandage.
Susan Powers, our Director of Business Development, takes the lead with our
new Clearikon brand and product display at AAEP.
Marketing: We featured “hands-on” product demonstrations for veterinarians and students to interact with our mascot named “Learicon”, who graciously allowed visitors to pop the top on his bandage hundreds of times!
Vets also interacted with our catheter infusion and drainage display where vets could add and remove catheters “on the fly” to see how medication and drainage can be provided to the patient just-in-time without removing the bandage (picture below).
We engaged with over 50 veterinarians and students from universities, vet hospitals, and specialty clinics across the USA, including the University of Mississippi, Virginia Tech, UC Davis, and the University of Florida. We also spoke with international representatives from Switzerland, Denmark, Mexico City, Argentina, Philippines, and Ecuador. We received a very enthusiastic response from all the veterinarians and distributors.
Veterinary Advisors: We enrolled ten veterinary advisors to evaluate, improve, and test our products. Each advisor received a Startup Kit to treat their next patient and to share Clearikon Equine Therapy products within their organization. Our target market includes large veterinary hospitals, clinics, equine surgical centers, mobile ambulatory veterinarians, and universities.
We want to especially thank Dr. Carolin von Rosenberg, DVM and Kaitlyn Canton (below) at the Buena Vista Farm Equine Reproduction & Foaling Center in Ocala, Florida. Their suggestions and support help us to develop ClearikonFLEX has been invaluable.
Competition: Our discussions veterinarians and distributors were unanimous there are no other products on the market that offer the unique features and benefits found with ClearikonFLEX that enables the veterinarian and owner to treat the horse together 24/7 without removing the bandage and to easily communicate wound status via their cell phone.
Future Products: Veterinarians provided numerous suggestions to expand our product line. We are currently developing a new Equine Leg Bandage. We plan on finalizing product size requirements in January.
Value Proposition: We held in-depth discussions with veterinarians on how our products can be used to reduce healing time and improve client/owner satisfaction. Veterinarians typically change a bandage every 4 days. With ClearikonFLEX they can now treat a wound every day 24/7 without removing the bandage. More frequent treatments means faster healing time and less stress on the horse.
Veterinary Hospitals: We connected with several large veterinary hospitals and clinics in Kentucky, Gainesville, Florida and Wyoming.
Distributors: We met with multiple veterinary distributors and provided a Startup Kit and product literature.
The FutureOur new and innovative products stand at the leading edge of the equine industry. We have an unwavering commitment to sell quality products with an emphasis on our customers needs providing premium products at a competitive price.
We will achieve remarkable milestones while creating lasting value for our customers, communities, and investors both in the veterinary industry and, in the future, when we expand our product offerings, into the human medical community.
